Jag tycker att det fungerar bra<\/strong> med att skriva ner veckans tr\u00e4ningsplaner h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bloggen. Det ger mig en m\u00f6jlighet att fundera vad jag ska tr\u00e4na i veckan och n\u00e4r, plus att det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rare att skippa tr\u00e4ningen om det st\u00e5r n\u00e5gonstans. F\u00f6rra veckan var en riktigt bra tr\u00e4ningsvecka, men den h\u00e4r veckan blir sv\u00e5rare att f\u00e5 till tr\u00e4ningen. Jag vet inte varf\u00f6r jag alltid tycker att jag ska hitta p\u00e5 utmaningar \u00e5t mig i december. Just under den stressigaste tiden p\u00e5 \u00e5ret p\u00e5 jobbet, d\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag jobbar som mest. L\u00e5nga dagar, mycket kunder, h\u00f6g ljudniv\u00e5 och br\u00e5ttom. F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret skulle jag g\u00f6ra #yogaeverydamnday<\/a> under december och nu ska jag springa 68,4 kilometer.<\/p>\n

Den h\u00e4r veckan \u00e4r jag glad<\/strong> om jag f\u00e5r till fyra tr\u00e4ningspass. I v\u00e4rsta fall kan det bli bara tv\u00e5… Jag kommer n\u00e4mligen att jobba mycket, 12-21 eller 10-19 och med 45 minuters arbetsresa p\u00e5 det, lockar det inte att varken tr\u00e4na innan eller efter jobbet. De dagar jag har kortare arbetstider, har jag ist\u00e4llet planerat in annat kul program. Veckans tr\u00e4ningsplaner \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r lite \u00f6ppna, men tisdag och onsdag \u00e4r jag ledig och d\u00e5 t\u00e4nker jag tr\u00e4na. D\u00e5 fokuserar jag p\u00e5 det som jag tycker \u00e4r viktigast just nu. Ett l\u00f6ppass och ett tyngre benpass. \u00c4r det den enda tr\u00e4ningen jag kan g\u00f6ra den h\u00e4r veckan, \u00e4r jag n\u00f6jd med det.<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 torsdagen finns det kanske m\u00f6jlighet<\/strong> till tr\u00e4ning efter jobbet, fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r bara ifall jag vill eller orkar tr\u00e4na, om jag tr\u00e4nar tungt\/tyngre b\u00e5de tisdag och onsdag. Kanske det i s\u00e5 fall blir ett lugnare yogapass f\u00f6r att mjuka upp kroppen. P\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagen borde jag ocks\u00e5 kunna tr\u00e4na efter jobbet och d\u00e5 vill jag i s\u00e5 fall springa veckans andra pass. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att inte stressa \u00f6ver mitt decemberm\u00e5l, men det \u00e4r klart att det finns d\u00e4r i bakhuvudet hela tiden.<\/p>\n
